Eligible Countries
The Global Cultural Relations Programme (GCRP) is open to contributors from all around the world, so all around the globe are allowed to contribute. The majority of the contributors will come from non-EU countries.

Eligibility Criteria
- Those who are working in the areas of cultural and creative zone OR in creating safer union.
- You must be aged 25-39, with at least 3 years of experience in global and cross-cultural cooperation.
- You could work for a general, private, or civil society institution, or be a freelancer.
- Be able to join the first program.

Timeline
- Mid to late August: Chose contributors are informed via email
- October: Announcement of candidates
- Sunday 24 November: Candidates arrive in Marrakech
- Monday 25 November – Thursday 28 November: 4 full days of programming
- Friday 29 November: Candidates departure from Marrakech
Note: If participants want to stay in Morocco after the conference, they will be meeting to protect their expenses.
