The “Foreigner Physical Examination document” that is missing, has no photo of itself is not stamped with a rider seal, and is not signed or stamped by a physician or hospital is invalid. 3. Notarized letter of undergraduate degree and above (texts in languages other than Chinese and English should be accompanied by notarized translations in Chinese or English. New graduates must give in pre-graduation. (Certificate).
4. Notarized transcript (texts in languages other than Chinese and English should be accompanied by notarized Chinese or English translations).
5. Recommendation certificate: Recommendation certificate from 2 professors or associate professors (Chinese or English).
6. Study or research idea in China (written in Chinese or English, no less than 800 words);
7. Copy of research results. Abstracts or catalogs of published generals, awards letters, etc.
8. Copy of language (Chinese or English) test transcript. Candidates enrolling for Chinese language teaching should have HSK level 4 or above (the letter is valid for 2 years). Candidates enrolling for English language teaching, in addition to English-speaking students, should give in an IELTS 5.5 or higher, a TOEFL A transcript with a score of 80 or further, or other evidence of your English level.
9. A copy of a valid passport. Candidates in mainland China must also offered a copy of the present valid visa page or residence permit page.
