Eligible Countries: the United States Acceptable Program or Subjects: The Cove Scholarship 2023 will be awarded in degree level and subject area provided by the university or college in the USA. Admissible Criteria: To be allowed, the candidates must be U.S. citizens presently applied to an accredited 2- or 4-year university or college in the United States.
