Summary:

• Immersion in our distinguishing yearlong Head, Heart, Hands leadership curriculum;
• One-on-one coaching to help their projects in social change and self-development as thoughtful and collaborative leaders;
• Contributing to 2 week-long Global Assembliesy with Fellows from all over the world and energetic  faculty; and
• LifeLong attaching to our global learning community and help system.

To fulfill the lowest requirements, applicants should demonstrate the following throughout the application:

• (1) Next-generation leader who is middle ages 20-35 years;
• (2) Fluency in written and spoken English;
• (3) Experience or focus in learning and practicing thoughtful practices throughout the year;
• (4) Description of the mission of social change/justice that can be undertaken over the year;
• (5) In-depth knowledge of the community and the issue that the suggested project is seeking to work on and address, ideally with further than 1 year of last experience working with the community in question;
• (6) Dedication to contributing to our online learning platform, which hosts our year-long curriculum;
